En niets — niets — vertrekt zonder dat een mens ja zegt. Dit is een werkende demo van een documentverwerking-automatisering, het soort bouwwerk dat ik in één week lever tegen een vaste prijs. Alle voorbeelddocumenten zijn fictief en geanonimiseerd; al de rest is echt: echte extractie, echte rekencontroles, echte weigeringen. And nothing — nothing — leaves without a human saying yes. This is a working demo of a document-intake automation, the kind of build I deliver in one week at a fixed price. All sample documents are fictional and de-identified; everything else is real: real extraction, real arithmetic checks, real refusals.

Eén commandoOne command
python3 pipeline.py run leest alle vier — ook de scans en foto's, zonder OCR-opstelling; de AI leest ze zoals u dat doet — haalt de velden eruit, en rekent daarna elk getal opnieuw na in gewone, deterministische code. Het model wordt nooit vertrouwd op rekenwerk. De leverancier ook niet.
python3 pipeline.py run reads all four — scans and photos included, no OCR setup, the AI reads them like you do — extracts the fields, and then re-checks every number deterministically in plain code. The model is never trusted on arithmetic. Neither is the supplier.

Twee dingen waar een vermoeide mens om 18u overheen leest. Eén: de rekenfout van de leverancier zelf. De bestelmail beweert 12 × €4,20 = €54,40. Het is €50,40. Het verschil van €4,00 wordt gevlagd, met het bewijs erbij geciteerd. Twee: de onleesbare vervaldatum. Door de vlek is hij onleesbaar, dus het systeem doet niet alsof het hem kent. Het leest "betaling binnen 30 dagen", leidt 12/07/2026 af, en vlagt hem — bevestigen, niet blind vertrouwen — op 30% zekerheid, in het rood.
Two things a tired human skims past at 6pm. One: the supplier's own math error. The order email claims 12 × €4,20 = €54,40. It's €50,40. The €4,00 difference is flagged, with the evidence quoted. Two: the unreadable due date. The stain makes it illegible, so the system does not pretend to know it. It reads "payment within 30 days", infers 12/07/2026, and flags it — confirm, don't blindly trust — at 30% confidence, in red.

Proberen te exporteren voor iemand goedkeurt? Geweigerd. Alle vier tegengehouden. "Niets financieels vertrekt zonder menselijke goedkeuring" is geen belofte in een brochure — het is een harde regel in de code.
Try to export before anyone approves? Refused. All four withheld. "Nothing financial leaves without human approval" isn't a promise in a brochure — it's a hard rule in the code.

Een mens beslistA human decides
De zaakvoerder wijst de bestelmail af (terug naar de leverancier, met de rekenfout), keurt de drie andere goed — één met de notitie dat hij gebeld heeft om de vervaldatum te bevestigen. Elke beslissing komt in een audit-logboek: wie, wat, wanneer, waarom.
The owner rejects the order email (back to the supplier with the math error), approves the other three — one with a note that he phoned to confirm the due date. Every decision lands in an audit trail: who, what, when, why.

Wat er echt vertrektWhat actually leaves
Een puntkomma-CSV klaar voor het boekhoudpakket, een actielijst met bronverwijzingen (het herstelbezoek uit de klacht, de betaaldatum uit de factuur), en één schone JSON per document. Het afgewezen document zit er niet in. Dat is net het punt.

Eerlijkheidsnoten: de voorbeelddocumenten zijn synthetisch en fictief (elke gelijkenis is toeval; het IBAN is het standaard Belgische testnummer). De extractie gebeurt door Claude; deze demo wordt geleverd met de extractie-batch vooraf uitgevoerd (--engine cached) zodat ze offline en deterministisch afspeelt — --engine claude voert ze live uit. De validatie, de poort, de export en de audit-mechaniek draaien altijd live.
Honesty notes: sample documents are synthetic and fictional (any resemblance is coincidental; the IBAN is the standard Belgian test number). Extraction is done by Claude; this demo ships with the extraction batch pre-run (--engine cached) so it replays offline and deterministically — --engine claude runs it live. The validation, gate, export and audit mechanics always run live.
